ADS Global History

ADS Global Inc. in the USA, and its sister company, ADS Global Ltd. of Jamaica, were established to serve the market for outsourced telemarketing services, primarily in the Business to Business market of controlled publications, for clients typically based in the USA, but serving subscribers from countries around the world.

Many of the clients are well established and were previously served by another company which was partially owned by two of the founders of ADS Global. Since 2001, the companies have been providing telemarketing services to US clients. Prior to 2001, we were actively involved in the call center industry providing turnkey solutions. The core business serves controlled subscription publications where the publishers are members of the Business Publications Association, Audit Bureau of Circulations, Verify or similar independent circulation auditing organization. Controlled Subscription publications are free to subscribers, paid for using targeted advertising to specialized industries. Subscribers are asked to answer a short demographic survey which qualifies them for a subscription, and targets the circulation to managers in specific industries for use in targeted advertising.

Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies, such as The Nielsen Company, Advanstar Communications, McGraw Hill Publications, Euromoney PLC (Institutional Investor Magazine), Questex Media, Informa PLC, BNP Media, Crain Communications Inc., Reed Elsevier, Hanley Wood LLC, and others.

Growth and the Future of ADS Global Business

During the recent economic downturn the company experienced a 25% growth in revenues, and expects to exceed this rate of growth in 2010 and future years.  The growth in revenues can be attributed to the labor rates in Jamaica which are a cost effective alternative to cost structures in other English speaking countries, coupled with a focus on flexibility in responding to customers’ needs and excellence in customer service. ADS Global uses the latest technologies to provide quick response and high quality information for managing the client’s business.  Since the focus is quality, the company also hires Jamaican professionals in the IT and other professional sectors to support the technology and ensure the needs of the customers are met. ADS Global also offers inbound and outbound consumer sales telemarketing services to US businesses, primarily during evening and weekend shifts.

New Facilities

On January 11, 2010 we began calling from our new facility. By the end of February the staff had grown to 160 and we are now on course to be employing over 300 members of staff in our new facility by the end of 2010. ADS Global take the comfort and development of their staff as integral to the successful running of day to day business and as well as technical, infrastructural and capacity development we have also developed numerous features to facilitate the development and comfort of our staff including a crèche, store and 24/7 transportation service making travelling to a from work as comfortable as the office.
