HEIDI SPANGLER AND LOU CASSETTA JOIN ADS GLOBAL'S INTELLIGENT AUDIENCE MARKETING DIVISION

Our Intelligent Audience Marketing (I.A.M) division will provide our customers with a strategic and comprehensive yet cost-effective audience development service. We have added an experienced, innovative team of professionals who bring unique strengths to our organization. This allows us to offer everything from strategic consulting on specific audience projects to lead generation, social media strategy, and integrated database development. In addition, ADS will also offer clients a turnkey audience development service." said Ron McKay, President and CEO of ADS Global. "Our new division will provide clients with a dedicated Intelligent Audience Marketing Specialist to work as a strategic member of their team. The I.A.M specialist can manage strategic planning and execution of integrated audience engagement programs across multiple products, alongside the traditional audience development role that is still important to their business.
Heidi Spangler has been appointed the Director of Intelligent Audience Marketing. Heidi was most recently the Director of Circulation and Audience Development at Questex Media, where she was responsible for developing one of the first integrated audience audits in the industry. Before joining Questex in 2007, Heidi was the Director of Circulation and Database Operations at GIE Media, Inc. Heidi left Questex in April after successfully leading the company's efforts to develop an integrated audience database as well as an integrated, cross-platform audience statement. "When we decided to change our overall audience approach, I worked closely with ADS to develop programs that would encourage our audiences to engage with all of the products associated with our brands. Together, we developed a conversational approach that would allow agents to engage with the audience on a more interactive, professional level so that we could determine the specific needs of each member of the audience and deliver the appropriate product. The programs were effective in growing quality, opt-in digital products as well as increasing audience engagement and brand loyalty." said Spangler. "Working with ADS was a great experience and I'm excited about the opportunity to come back to the industry as part of their team."
Lou Cassetta has also joined the I.A.M. division at ADS. Lou spent the last 3-years at Euromoney/Institutional Investor as The Executive Director of Marketing and Audience Development. Lou was in charge of the flagship publications, Institutional Investor, Absolute Return, all of Gulf Publishing in Houston and Latin Finance in Miami, where he successfully moved product delivery and marketing strategy from an offline environment to an online and viral marketing strategy. Prior to that, Lou was the Group Director for Banking and Capital Markets at Sourcemedia/Thompson where he oversaw flagships The American Banker, The Bond Buyer, Security Industry News plus all of the Capital Markets Newsletters and events. "Lou brings his wealth of experience in high level strategic thinking that impacts overall product positioning, branding, and digital or traditional print delivery," said Ron McKay. "His expertise will also be available to interested clients through our I.A.M division."
During the recent economic downturn ADS experienced a 25% growth in revenues and expects to exceed this rate of growth in 2010 and future years.
